Jorge Posada Foundation Celebrity Basebowl

On Sunday November 9th, Me my son Buddy and nephew Joe attended Jorge Posada's Foundation Celebrity Basebowl Tournament at Chelsea Piers. The event raised $500,000 for the fight against craniosynostosis. Carlo's Bakery donated cupcakes to the Children and auctioned off a Tour of the Bakery. It was a great event and I spent a great afternoon with my son and nephew.

Halloween Week at Carlo's Bakery

This past week was very busy at Carlo’s Bakery due to the Halloween Holiday weekend. We turned out many cakes this week and I actually got an opportunity to deliver one or two of them. The two deliveries were for Teva Neuroscience, Inc and the New York City Sergeant's Benevolent Association.

Typical Saturday at Carlos Bakery

Every Saturday, I go usually go through the same routine, I have consultations from 9AM to 3PM sometimes working on cakes in between. After Consultations, I get into Cake mode( Working on Specialty Cakes with the team at Carlo's)

Sam's Club Appearance in Edison, NJ (9-9-10)

On September 9th 2010, My wife Maddalena and I did an appearance for the Grand Opening of the New Sam's Club in Edison, NJ. It was a great event, we took pictures, signed autographs, and interacted with the customers as they shopped. Maddalena and I also applied for a Sam's Club Card and will be using it to shop. Overall it was an eventful Appearance and will definitely be looking to shop at Sam's Club.

September 7th 2010 Yankee Game

On September 7th , The team at Carlos Bakery and Myself were Guests of Joe Girardi ( Coach of NY Yankees) to hang out on the Field at Yankee Stadium during batting practice. We took pictures, spoke to a couple of players and were even asked to sign a few balls. We were also able to stay and watch the game, and during the bottom of the 6th inning, we were on the BIG Jumbo Screen pumping up the crowd.

The Yankees did lose 6-2, but that doesn't phase me because i am a DIE HARD Met Fan!

Chauncey Billups Visit to Carlos Bakery

Chauncey Billups of the Denver Nuggets and Team USA stopped into Carlos Bakery on August 15th before his exhibition game with France at Madison Square Garden. We had a great morning talking about Sports and Cake! Billups scored 17 points, as the United States beat France 86-55 on that Sunday afternoon!

Exelon August 13th Appearance

On Friday August 13th , Me and a couple of the guys from Carlos Bakery Delivered a cake that replicated the Exelon Power Plant in Philadelphia, PA . We enjoyed the hospitality and tour that the people over at Exelon provided.
